Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a non-profit organization, donations made to Help Mankind Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that accidental or duplicate transactions may occur, and we aim to address such situations fairly.

1. Donations

All donations made through our website are voluntary and are used for charitable activities including:

• Student support and education

• Worker and family welfare

• Animal care and Gau Mata seva

• Community development initiatives

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally

• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Refund Approval

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is successfully completed, it cannot normally be cancelled.

For recurring donations (if applicable), donors may request cancellation of future payments by contacting us before the next billing cycle.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges or bank processing fees deducted during the transaction may be non-refundable.
